HOW WILL YOU FIND POTENTIAL BUYERS/RENTERS FOR MY PROPERTY?

One of the benefits of working with me, is that in my time here I have built a plethora of relationships in the Houston area, and a list of potential buyers or renters from the military community. WHAT PERCENTAGE OF THE FINAL HOME SALE PRICE DO YOU CHARGE?

This percentage varies and is discussed with each client and agreed upon by the broker and client, based off of market trends.

DO I NEED A REAL ESTATE LAWYER AS WELL?

You do not need a Real Estate lawyer as we process all closing docs through a traditional title company who oversees the process to make certain that both seller and buyer are protected at closing. However, if it pleases you, the client, you can procure your own lawyer to also look at the closing process.

WHAT DO I NEED TO GET STARTED?

Well, this is a broad question, as there are different starting aspects for a buyer or seller. The best way to get started is to contact me for a sit down, so we can make sure your goal is aligned with the process.

MY HOUSE NEEDS A LOT OF WORK CAN I SELL IT?

This is a very good question. Again, there are options to selling your property and in this type of situation. I have an abundance of experience in this type of sale. The good news is, you have options. Give me a call so we can discuss them.
